hot pink and lime green together. i love those colors thats what i have in mine.

Yellow is probably the worst color, since it makes you look like you forgot to brush. White is nearly as bad. Depending on the green, it may look like you've got some spinach or something in your teeth. It's also harder to telll whether you've gotten these colors clean properly.
Teenagers have a habit of finding some significance in anything you do, mostly so they can tease you. If you get purple, they may decide you are gay. For black they may decide you're a gothic. Whatever...
Black and grey are pretty good. Other colors might work out well if you have a lot of clothes in a similar color, such as red, or blue.

Blues, Pink/Reds...
nothing yellowish, it will make your teeth look rotten and if you get green it may look like something is caught in there, i have gotten green before and it was fine though so you don't really have to worry. You should generally choose colors that look good together and I like to coordinate mine with upcoming holidays

my son matched his to whatever holidays/seasons were within that timeframe (ex. orange and green at halloween, red and blue in july). he had a lot of fun doing it that way, and it helped him to smile with braces on!
