Try HSBC they are good about giving loans to people with bad credit, bankruptcy, etc.
If you are just looking for credit try Orchard bank and some other second chance cards. It's not as bad as you think. I am still in Ch 13 and I have 12 NEW credit cards ( most of which were pre-approved) and my score is well over 600...WHILE STILL IN CH 13!!! I DON"T advise u doing this ( My purpose was to raise my score to buy a house for when I am discharged now that my score is higher I won't close them but I dont charge on them, if I do I pay it off immed and only charge what i can afford), I only stated this to let you know that your bankruptcy probably won't hurt you as much as you think. Like someone said before, banks are aware that you cant file for another 10 years so you are actually a better risk than alot of other people. Just remember, no matter what, be responsible and NEVER, I repeat, NEVER pay late. Good Luck!:-)

Depends on what you want the loan for.

If you want a car, practically any car dealer will make you a loan.

If you just want to rebuild your credit, you can talk to a bank about a secured loan, where you put your money in a savings account and then use that account as collateral for a loan.

If you need money (and have a decent, steady job), just apply at your credit union (preferably) or bank. It might not be as hard as you think because the lenders know that you cannot possibly declare bankruptcy again on them for several years.

Trust me don't even bother with payday loans. Try prosper.com. Its easy and almost any one can get a loan there. I just got one, and I've been declined at alot of banks because I dont have credit.

If you're still in bankruptcy, your only choice is one of those payday loan places. The rates are criminal, but so is your credit at the moment.
