After applying foundation, let it dry then pat on some powder before applying a powder blush then finish off with a loose finishing powder to seal the make-up. If you are using a gel or liquid blusher, apply it after putting on the foundation before powdering off.

You use powder to "set" the foundation (only needed if its liquid foundation)
But if you have a liquid blusher or "stain" like benefits cheek stain, use this before powder, as you cant put liquid on over powder

Depends on whether you are using cream blush or powder blush. Cream blush goes on before the powder. Powder blush goes on after the powder.

You then use the powder to set the foundation, then you apply your blush.

I'm a big fan of bronzer. It's kind of a blush/powder combo, plus a little kick of colour.

After the foundation, you use powder.
Then finish with the blush.
