I'm 20 now and going to be 21..
Well if u ask me what age i want to be, i would say to re-start from a baby! So can re-write my lefe again, so everything would change, so i can be a different person.
20 is a difficult time! I'm stuggling now in my 3rd yr study lol.
Try ask those mid-aged people, do they want to be baby again, i believe the answers will be very different!

Because the drinking age doesn't start until they are 21. Who wants to wait a whole year?
Really though, from a personal point of view: It is good to be young, but not good to be so inexperienced. I think that there is far more freedom and far more sense with it at this age. The grey can go, but it is like being on top of the world at this age. Everything just seems to click just right. I suppose it's because I had long since forgiven those that have transgressed against me because I understand now that I am far from perfect and am glad that so many have forgiven me, too.
I have learned that there is hope even when the darkest day stands before me. I have learned that life is short and that everyday is a special one and should be lived as one. I have learned that the little issues aren't what matters, it's the big issues that should be dealt with. Instead of concerning myself with what my best friend said to my other best friend, I concern myself with the welfare of those that are ill body, mine, and/or spirit.
Not to disrespect those that are still in their youth, I was there once too. I suppose there is a time for taking, and a time for giving. Right now, I have a great deal to give and I like being in a time of my life where I can do just that.

yes and no...I just turned 21 last week and I got tell you, I'm happy I'm not 20 anymore because I have to the chance to do more things with my life and move on to bigger and better things. I wish I was 20 again so I could go back and correct some mistakes I made when I was as mature and sensible as I am now. If I only knew what I knew now, I would have done a lot of things differently in life, lol...

Because at 30 you know more. At 40 you have more. At 50 you have reached middle age if you plan to live be 100. And in 5 more months I'll reach the big "60" and that will be three 20's in one lifetime.

I think most people would say "No" becuase they don't want to go through the growing and changing. Plus, many people make really tough mistakes in their late teens/early twenties, and I can't imagine that most people would really want to have to life through those again (of course, if they could keep the knowledge that they have now, I bet most of them would say "Yes" instead).

Because we were stupid, made expensive mistakes that most of us are still paying our way out of today. Or other things that may not have been horrible but I would prefer not to repeat.
But actually my answer to this question would depend on am I allowed to know what I know today and then go back or not.

as other answerers imply, or state: 20 has plenty of energy but minimal experience. a very confused and confusing period, generally. wisdom gained over the years more than compensates for the "youth". and, interestingly enough, if you exercise and do "energy work"( tai chi, chi kung, yoga, meditation, etc.), eat properly, etc. you get to enjoy the best of "both worlds" you have "wisdom" and plenty of energy!

Well, I'm 23 now and I would not want to go back 3 years. If I did, I'd have to graduate college all over again! I love my life as it is!

I think because most people go through 'awkward stuff' at that age.. you're still learning etc.. chat up lines.. oh the mortification.. I think people would rather not repeat such abominations.

Yes I would, physically, but only if I could keep all my experience. Otherwise, no way.
Makes me think of the saying that youth is wasted on the young.
My response, hey, that's all they've got. Let them have something...
