The TV tuner Card is not made for anyspecific platform or OS. It works independantly.

It doesn't matter what computer you have to run your TV Tuner Card with.

However, if you've got Windows XP Home, you need to ensure that your RAM is at least 1 GB because XP itself takes up 500 MB and you wont have resources to work with for the TV Tuner Card, or for that matter, other devices.

as long as the TV card slot is supported and the operating system.

Most TV cards are PCI which any new computer will usually have an empty PCI slot that it can go in. Supported operating systems vary by TV card, but if its a new card, it should support XP.

Should - like the rest of the folks said though, just make sure the card technology (AGP, PCI, etc) matches a free slot that you have in the back of your computer. There are plenty of websites out there that show pictures of what the different slots look like.
