I don't think Homo sapiens sapiens will be around in a million years.
On the off chance that we don't kill ourselves off, however, humans will look very different. Remember that we have come all the way from ape-like creatures to our present form in roughly 2 million years; we'll be half again as different in a million more. Assuming that we go through another Ice Age and enough natural disasters to significantly alter the current face of the continents where we live, humans will certainly be leaner and tougher. Humans may not develop greater intellectual intelligence, but they will certainly be more clever than today's humans; better able to make the most of meager resources. We will have sucked the Earth dry of oil and natural gas by that time, and probably mined out most of the available mineral resources, so I do not expect our current civilizations to survive in any form beyond the next century or perhaps two. We will be a species much more focused on survival than on civilization.

I don't think we'll still be around. But if we are, we won't look like techno-freaks like most people expect. It would brobably be a barren wasteland by then... caused by people, polluting the atmosphere with useless smoke, in their desparate attempts to generate heat, and... ok, is this getting annoying?
No techno-freaks, that's all I can guarantee.
Oh, looking at previous answers, I need to ask YOU a question. Do you mean, us, the people who are currently answering the question, or do you mean the entire human race? The above answer is for the latter. (The human race, I mean.)

Well, a lot older for one thing. :-)
The way it looks now is that we will have really big thumbs for typing.
Probably in a million years -if we haven't nuked ourselves back to the stone age, I think we will have solved all the problems of disease. We will be physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. People will learn to genetically engineer our offspring and future generations will adapt to whatever planet we find ourselves on.

Taller with less hair, reinforced lower backs and greater intelligence. Humans will definitely still be around in a million years.
