Actually, I enjoying answering. The points do not matter much to me. It's the challenge of the trivia, advice, knowledge, etc that keeps my brain employed and in tune.

I like 1) & 2), I don't really care about the point system, but giving the best answer is the most competetive way to go.

Answering questions. It's a challenge to try to remember trivia, or find a way to express my opinions, and hopefully I can help someone in the process. I know at least once I helped a young girl whose boyfriend was stringing her along to see that she was wasting her time, and that she deserved better.

answering because when i ask questions some people tend to know less then me and answer anyways. maybe they do it for the points.

Anyway that gets you points is enjoyable; but helping others with their dilemma's is actually more gratifying and hence more enjoyable!
