I know how you feel, it is so hot here that just getting up and doing anything is almost impossible. Even with the air conditioning it is hard to sleep at night and hard to sit in a chair all day staring at a computer without passing out. I know what you mean about the swollen hands/feet. My ankles and feet are huge and all I can wear comfortably now are filp flops.

Yes, five months pregnant with twins, and I am suffering girl! I feel as though they are right on my rib cage or something! Just remember to take it easy, and take long deep breaths, inhale through you nose, hold five to eight seconds, exhale through your mouth slowly, like you are blowing up a balloon. It really does work. Take care, and good luck.

I'm so lucky to have the job I do! No one knows that I do close to nothing all day! I told my mom this weekend that I just started hiding some of the work I have to do and she about flipped! It's not that I'm lazy! I just have no energy to do anything away from my chair and desk!

Oh girl, yes. Being pregnant is always uncomfortable. I was scared this morning because our air conditioning wasn't working, but thankfully it's fixed. I thought I was gonna pass out!

i know how you feel. just try to eat as much fruits, protein bars, and shakes as possible. I know they say not to have much caffeine, but you CAN have one caffeine drink a day. I chose a mocha, or coffee around 11 or 12 to help through the work day. just try not to drink any cokes, or any other caffeine drinks on days you have coffee.
