Go to http://att.sbc.com/gen/general?pid=1080&cdvn=landinglocalization
Set the service to Residential and type in your telephone number. If you don't want to use your telephone number, just enter your zip code and click the arrow. On the next page, click on the Residential email us and ask your question. You will usually receive an answer the same day.

Sorry, my crystal ball isn't working this morning. Seriously, perhaps never. Call the local phone company and ask about it. To have effective DSL you have to have either fiber optic in place at the local company, or be within a certain mileage from the closest switching station if you are still copper wire. In either case your local phone company would be the only ones who know when or if it will happen for your address.

DSL is a distance sensitive connection. So if you exceed a certain distance from the nearest switch you can't get it.
