the internet here is automatically filtered when you dont want it to be and i dont have any programs that filter the internet but i want to go on myspace but it wont let me. how do i stop it?

IF you are over 18 and in a public library, you can ask for the filter to be removed. If you're under 18, you're stuck. Try hacking through it and you can be banned from using their computers.

Wherever "here" is has set up the filters, and "they" are the ones who will have to change the filters.
The only thing you can do is check the settings on the browser you are using, and change those.

u should go to internet options found on ur top left tool bar under one of the headings. Then from there select settings > advanced> then there on u can choose ur internet settings. For your case i recommend u should just switch it to the default mode.

Ask your ISP provider how to bypass their filters. Also make sure you are not filtering yourself at the IE Explorer level.

format your windows
reinstall it
and then install an antivirus
and then search on google "antifilter for internet torrent"
that should do it
