Sure. I've farted and puked at the same time. I've also simultaneously:
Farted and belched.
Farted and yelled.
Farted and cried (yes I'm macho but can shed a tear).
Farted and sneezed.
Farted and wheezed.
Farted and hiccupped.
F**ked and farted
And my all-time favorite ... belched and farted, then afterwards hurled and crapped (at the same time).

Yes, farting is simply your body's way of letting out gas, or toxins and things that didn't come out in poop. Kind of like burping. And yes you can burp and fart at the same time.

i puked and pissed myself ate the same time.done it loads of times.thats why i never sleep out.but one night my friend and i drank a whole bottle of bailys and tia maria to make baby guinness all night long between us two.anyway fell in her bath thatnight fully dressed and was sick all down myself and pissed myself so o thought the best thing was to stay there and wash myself down everytime i was sick on myself with her shower.anyway woke up at six am soaked and cold and went home.and yes i really am a female!!!

If the body is trying to get rid of something quickly, say, following food poisoning, you can very much be firing on all cylinders in all directions. Not pleasant.

i think it can be catorgorized as Diarea , and some cases are mixxed w/the Gas buildup of a fart...
Concluding in one nasty smelly bomb...From what i have heard and seen in the shopping mall restrooms...simply gross !!
