Hi all I can say is it will be gr8 to get Alan back, he showed all those that said he was finished,that they were wrong, made of strong stuff our Alan, my screen saver is after the Carling Cup with the Man U team all wearing T/Shirts with FOR YOU SMUDGE on them which they wore so Alan would know they were thinking of him.

Liverpool Fan at the game,Was his own fault as not full 10 yards from the free kick.Terrible chants by Liverpool fans at the time, Knew it was bad injury when Van Nistlerooy was being sick on Halfway Line.Never like injury's to players but he is Alan Smith, seriously though hope he is OK but Man Utd lose every game

Im a villa fan but im still glad that he is coming back. That was a horrible injury and it looked at one point that he might not play again, that would of been a terrible shame. Even though he does spend most of his time fouling our players when we play Utd I still think he is a great talent and would of been a massive loss to the game.

I'm a Millwall fan but for Alan Smith to be able to play again after such a horrific injury is great news for any fan.
