my lip is randomly swelling up..it keeps getting bigger the past couple days..ive had scar tissue under my lip for a yr mayb now..but a couple days ago it started to like get bigger..i dont knon if the scar tissue is forming more..or is its a mucocele or w/e..theres a random build up in it and something that looks like a cankersore in the middle of it..can anybody help me?

It sounds like it might be getting infected. Try using a salt water gargle and mouthwash, or see the doctor if it doesn't clear up soon.
