As part of the Mexican electoral campaigns, the EX president of Mexico who was responsible for the Tlatelolco massacre ordering the student protesters to be killed was arrested.
Can Bush at some point after his presidency be arrested if proven guilty of being aware there were no WOMD, doing it to make Halliburton richer, and getting American soldiers killed?

For this one....probably not. I am sure you have noticed, his whole administration..."The Untouchables." There is a long list of things Bush should be arrested for....will it ever happen.....NO!!! Karl Rove....Bush's mastermind is way to smart to leave enough evidence behind.

No, he is protected by executive previlidge. Actions on behalf of the nation are not arrestable offenses.

well its gonna have to be a democratically connrolled congress and senate to impeach him, the republicans wont becasue of partisanship and political reasons.
