And my favourite superhero movie will be a tie between Spiderman-1 and Batman Begins

I like the X-men movies most, with the first one being the one that set the scene and tone for the modern conflicted superhero who is part of a group. Spiderman was great as well, but I am a people person and like the group dynamics better. I am also a sucker for the old Christopher Reeve Superman, as well the first Batman movie by Tim Burton, but that was because Jack Nicholson was so good as the joker.
If I have to pick one, it would be X-Men. There's a lot of reasons, but the main one is the dynamic of the different super hero personalities, as well as the super villians. Oh, and Mystique is HOT!
Addition: Forgot about The Incredibles! I might have to agree because my two girls (5 and 2) can watch that and my oldest wants to be Violet when she grows up. That is classic, funny, and with a good message as well.

Batman Begins is by far the best superhero movie ever made. First of all, technically speaking, the movie is incredible. The cinematography, costume design, art direction, special effects, and acting are incredible. Also, the character of Batman in this movie is more complicated, complex, and dynamic than any other superhero and that makes him the most interesting to watch. This movie should have won the Oscar for Best Picture 2005. Nevertheless, it is still my favorite superhero movie.

While I find Superman to be the better hero - unfortunately Batman Begins was a better movie...
But if you mean any superhero movie - than Superman II.

batman begins is deffinately in my top 3. but i cant say really which is my favorite. that, spiderman 2, or the new superman movie.
