Took a pregnancy test this past weekend and it came up neg. My period is suppose to come by the end of this week. Aside from the nipple soreness and "that pregnant feeling", i'm now getting white milky discharge. I'm planning to take another test in a couple of days. The waiting period is what's hard! Any thoughts on this?

Thanks all! We are TTC so any info helps! Other signs that I have are/were sharp pains in the lower abs, i've been very bloated and recently bacame consitpated! I'm taking prenatel pills too. We "did it" while i was ovulating earlier this month so i'm hoping for the best.

either your sore because your about to start, or your pregnant. I would wait and see if you start. If you don't have a period, and still feel tenderness in your breasts in two weeks, or have other symptoms, would take a test. EPT is the best, take two just to be sure.

Chill. If you are then you are. If you aren't then there is always next month to try again. The discharge could be your period about to start. The discharge could be that you are just ovulating. That "pregnant feeling" doesn't happen for most women until 3 to 5 weeks pregnant. You are bloated and will probably start your period any day now.

My period was messed up the first few months after going off the pill.
I don't know what "that pregnant feeling" is, and I'm 36 weeks...
The discharge could be that you're cycle is messed up, and you're just now ovulating.
It was too early to test if your period isn't due until the end of the week. If you don't get it on time, test again.

I got pregnant right after stopping the pill. I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms, infact, I was really anticipating my period starting, cramping, back pain, bloated, what have you, so I was pretty surprised. I know it sucks having to wait, could you take that five days before your missed period test? Good luck!

The first question is do you want to get pregnant? Then did you consult your doctor? also if you are off the pill then why are having unprotected sex if you dont want to get pregnant? Best bet is to call your obgyn and ask them. Some people go through different changes once they go off the pill.... and it's best to ask them about your brand. good luck

Just be patient and don't rush it. It usually takes about three months for your body to regulate after stopping the pill.

Make sure you use your morning pee. If there is a negitive, then visit the doc. If their test is negitive then call your gyn about the nipple discharge. Good luck
