Like how many, on average per day, do we make false conclusions about people not knowing that we're incorrect and not given enough information about the person?

I'd say it greatly depends on the person. Some people make a point to have good info before they make a decision.

95% in philosophy class, we were told that we are more dionysus like than aristotle like and scientific studies have shown that when we consciously practice critical thinking, withholding judgement , open mind etc, we are still using 95% of our brain power emotively- closed minded, assumption making

probably like... 25%...knowing me hah. i do jump to conclusions and judge people too fast and i do tend to know what im takling about when im putting my foot in my mouth. so my percentage might be a little higher. hah.
