I am on the Nuva ring but it ends up that i take it out the week i am going on vacation i know with the patch you can put an extra week on to throw off your period but had anyone done it with the ring and did it work?

Yes you can wear it up to 4 weeks and take it out and have a normal period, my doctor even told me that some people try and save money that way.

I've heard about that ring thingie...the best thing to do with that is follow directions...thats a foreign object inside of you...not so healthy...As fcukd up as it may be, you might just need to folllow directions and remove it at the proper time...
