Yes you can. Separated imparts separate living arrangements. If you're living together, the separation is null and void.

You didn't need to get a legal separation to find this out, many states require a legal separation before divorce produces can take place. As for your question yes you can and if you do start cohabiting again you can not use the legal separation down the road in a divorce procedure. The legal separation becomes null and void once you do start living together again.

Don't "legally" separate. Make a written agreement between yourselves detailing the plan. Then if you guys decide to split for good, you can make it formal. This way you don't have to do the separation/end separation paperwork if you end up deciding to stay together. Good luck to you both.

In certain states, there is no such thing as being legally separated, so you may want to check on that. Also you always have the right to change your minds unless you are legally divorced.

if you both are wanting to separate for a time to work on your individual issues then do so --- also take a marriage counseling course - and learn to communicate better with each other --- you don't need to legally separate - just part ways and get yourselves straightened out.... then come back together and do counseling

right here is the component: whilst one persons transfers components to a distinctive interior the form of a "present," it turns into the valuables of the different individual. different words, the former day it replaced into your canine. at present, that is not your canine anymore. It belongs to a distinctive individual. There are in basic terms 3 methods which you would be able to legally get the canine lower back: a million. convince the recent vendors to grant him lower back of their own loose will. 2. grant to purchase the canine lower back for a honest value, and desire they settle for. 3. grant to commerce some thing for the canine, case in point, yet another chihuahua puppy. I somewhat understand your attachment to the doggy, and your be apologetic approximately at having given him away, yet I additionally be conscious of from adventure which you would be able to rather bond with yet another canine. do no longer say "yet i do no longer want yet another canine." you're able to sense that way precise now, yet in fact, you rather do want yet another canine.

You can but it isn't necessarily smart. If it (the marriage) is over, then it is over. You will only be postponing the ultimate resolution.
