If you've made it this long without them....don't ruin it now. I smoke and I want to quit too! Think of your kids (if you have any) and the second-hand smoke and how it affects them. Chew some gum, put a toothpick or straw in your mouth. Get busy and try not to think about it. Or go somewhere where you can't smoke until the craving goes away! Be strong! Good luck! Just think of what you can buy with all the money you aren't spending on smokes! :)

No, no, no - do not go back! Smoking not only damages your lungs it affects your cardiovascular system, ages your skin, and is so damaging to not only you but those around you. I even saw a dog dying of emphysema because its owner smoked. There is absolutely nothing positive about smoking. You are adding years to your life and untold quality to the years you have left by not smoking, and since it is an addiction you can't smoke just one more. Don't even put yourself in that situation.

Because you'll have to start your quitting over from day one ... and remember how bad those first few days were? You'll be back to that again ... I'm going on 26 days today ... tough it out baby girl ... one will matter. I went went 18 days and thought I could have one ... and was back at square one as far as the quitting goes.
Just think ... think how good you feel ... no more morning wheezing ... no more stinky fingers ... your perfume and shampoo smell good all day ... think about how far you've come ...

This is what I call a slow process of suicide. Smoking one now will get you hooked on it again. Just fight the urge. Go for a jog, get in to something that keeps your mind busy. Get some support from friends and surround yourself with these people.
You're doing great. Don't bother turning back now.
Keep moving forwards!!!
CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*LUNG CANCER*
bad breath
unhealthy & smelly hair
yellow nails
yellow teeth
bad cough
you'll smell like cigarette
they're to expensive
Do you need more reasons? Think about your health and how you and you're loved ones will suffer if you develop cancer or another disease caused by smoking. Be strong, keep yourself busy!

in the last 14 days you've added as much as 3 years to your lifespan! hooray for you!
quitting is hard but dying slowing, trapped in a pain wracked cancer ridden shell of a body is much harder.
