I personally use Yahoo, but since you use CBS Sportsline and like it, i would look into ....yes its true.... EASPORTS Fantasy Football. The setup is very similar and the commisioner league costs about $50. If you buy NFL Head Coach, you get a free fantasy football commisioner league, its something to really look into. If Not, Yahoo Fantasy Sports is $125

Now that ESPN offers free keeper leagues, I think they're the best of the free sites, followed closely by Yahoo. The only problems I've had with Yahoo have been with Stattracker.
There are some decent paid sites, but I'd make sure I had a group of committed owners before shelling out the money.

fanball.com is a very good site with many flexible stats like cbs.sportsline's. Also, fanball, I believe, is only $60 this year.
Good luck in finding a quality free site. I actually prefer cbs over fanball in most things except for price, which is very significant.
As for free leagues, ESPN seems to be the best one. You can have different divisions, more flexibilty in scoring over Yahoo, and ESPN seems to run a bit smoother then Yahoo.

TazBall.com It was designed by a fantasy football owner that was tired of paying that much each year, plus needed the ability to have multiple drafts within the same league. $39.95 per league for the entire season.
