your pretty vague about what it is you want to reconcile. did you stay out late drinking with the guys? buy her some flowers and kiss her butt for a night or two . Did you make her cry? talk to her apologize. make her feel special, and flowers couldnt hurt. Did you hit her? get counseling ....fast. Did you cheat on her? get a divorce cause very few people ever get over that, or get marrige counseling.

Depends on why you split up in the first place. If she's willing to talk, you could try talking over the issues that you had together, and/or maybe try counselling.
