Ibanez S series. I'm getting one for hubby as suprise but:?

He said it's a 150. There is no 150. It's similar to the one that has the Dave Mustane signature fret, but not that exact guitar. I'm going nuts trying to find this thing... Can anyone help me?

I've been to the Ibanez site. I wonder if they maybe discontinued it?
