Tell him that "you were stupid and that you cant always have his back." He may never talk to you again but be happy that you saved yourself from the company of an idiotic person. If he is not totally insane he will understand that you are right.Som people need a lesson. Now dont you go thinking that "Boy, is this girl harsh" its just.....well if you bail him out what? He'll do this again and it wont stop.Hell always be "Theyve got my back i can get away with anything".But if theyre truly innocent me as well as noone else willstp you for bailing him out.Anyway you havent even got a decent defence aginst why he SHOULDNT be put in jail. The only thing is that "This punishment is too harsh and others get away with it".So do yourself a favour.

I am very confident that you know the answer to this one yourself.

Or do you?

A rational individual would leave him in jail to go through the system, teaching him, since he did not already know, why certain laws are on the books and the consequences of them.

Someone, however, who shares the same scoflaw tendencies would bully his stunt and bail them out. If you are that type of individual, you'll bail your "bud" out.

My answer would be bail him out and make sure he repays me the money.

Don't bail him out, he needs to suffer the consequences of his stupidity. And learn from what he did. If he is a true friend he would understand why you didn't bail him out.

it is not your fault that your chum is in reformatory. You did no longer positioned her there, for sure, it relatively is the place she needed to be. You have been better than a chum to tell her to go away with you. Her family participants could be those to get her out of reformatory no longer you. circumstances are to problematic to throw your cash away like that extraordinarily while the region would have all been prevented. it is o.ok. to circulate out and function a solid time yet you do no longer could provide lap dances to men you do no longer understand extraordinarily for unfastened. The dances had to have been unfastened considering she could no longer get abode. it is her fault no longer yours. solid success and choose your friends heavily.

Let him spend the night.

He should have paid for the chips and been done with it. Instead, he thought he would be juvenile about it while knowing full well he was doing something wrong.

Kind of like "I shouldn't be arrested for smoking weed because it shouldn't be illegal!"

Well... IT IS!

Lol! That's funny, but yes very stupid. I'd leave him, and hopefully he'll learn his lesson. If you bail him out once he'll call you and burden you everytime he lands in this sort of mess.

Maybe you can send him a cake with a file in it. A nice colored one with a printed tab and one of those pockets for holding small stuff.

You trust someone that stupid to pay you BACK?? If you bail him out, be prepared to kiss that money goodbye.
