As many people have said, Craigslist this will reach more people locally than E-Bay. Craigslist is FREE and immediate
E-Bay local sales tend to be a hassle and you have to deal with commisions, end of auction (or higher fees for by now).

You'll have to do it manually...see if you have a Computer Center...(or any PC selling/repairing shop) that's the way I usually win easy money ;-)
