you should have specified the area.... anyways i can only suggest NIFT ( national institute of fashion technology ) in INDIA... its great and the best in my country...

Art Institutes are a great bet. They usually have fashion design programs, I'd try Chicago Art Institute I hear they have an amazing program.

university of cincinnati - college of daap (design, art, architecture, and planning). its one of the top design schools in the country and is highly acclaimed. im a second year digital design student and am very happy with it :)
uc actually started the co-op program, so youll have the best chance at landing an excellent job.
