If you are in Texas, just wait awhile. I am coming over, and am associated with rain making. I don't do anything. I just arrive in August. The rain comes.
A real rainmaker, though, needs to spend a whole lot of time alone outside, to understand as much as possible how to influence the elements. And you also have to seriously consider the side effects - will you be taking rain away from somewhere else?

You need a brain, a respect for culture, and then maybe you might be able to make it rain. Then again, a butterfly will cause a hurricane before that happens.

no you don't need a rain stick. you don't need any special equipment. it is a form of prayer, basically.
