I have three for three different reasons:
1. T.I. - because hes fine as hell & got hot songs
2. 50 Cent - because every1 of his songs are hott
3. Lil Wayne - Hes like in every remix and always got the hottest part in them

My favorite rapper of all time is 2Pac and there are many reasons behind that. However the most important reason is because I like the messages he sends in his music. Especially in songs like "Dear Mama" and "Brenda has a Baby".

Toss up between Bone and Tribe.
Bone because they invented the art of rapping and harmonmonizing at the same time, and mixed it with blazingly fast lyricism. It was the most original **** out back in the day. E.1999 Eternal is one of the albums every head needs to own, period.
Tribe because they could be whatever they wanted to be on any given track. They could be political commentators, silly dufuses, horny dogs, fierce battle MC's, whatever. They wrote and rapped their way, to hell if you don't like it.
So between Bone and Tribe...
I say Bone.

My favorite rapper is T.I. because he is so sexy and I love the way he puts the things that he went through in his life into his music and he is the realest person that I have ever saw.

2-pac, all the other rappers are phony. 2-pac was real, he wasn't about shiny teeth, or stupid songs that anybody could make up and rap about. He spoke about his true experiences.
