a free google software for editing, organizing, sharing you pictures.

or open yahoo photos and upload them and you can make albums and name them also check out deviantart.com you can share your artwork with the world there

Just go to ur accounts info(near ur online status) and enter ur password on the next window(it is secure ).Then u will go to ur profile info.In that,select edit profile(right side).In the next page,select edit.Finally u will go to ur public profile(u can see some ads running).Scroll down to the bottom of the page and u can see Photos.That's it ,u can upload ur useful creations.....Welll r u a Designer?
