Never have. I've ordered from them many times. I often use their "if over $25.00, then free shipping option".
If you're thinking of giving it a try - 100% recommendation (you can even track your shipments).
If you're looking for a bad luck story - sorry you've had a problem, but most people really do like it.

No, I order from them all the time, and no problems. I also buy used books and movies from the sellers on there, and they are generally very good. Better than eBay, since there's no bidding to do and more secure, I think.

Nope. I've been ordering from them since 1995, without a problem. Now they even have groceries!
