Practice and watch music videos. I dance in my room in front of a mirror all the time, not necessarily to memorize certain steps or dance "moves" but just to feel more comfortable dancing. Go to clubs once you're old enough and you'll pick it up fast enough.

Follow these steps to dirty dancing -
dont take shower for months
dont wash hands after u eat or use a bathroom
dont brush ur teeth or hair
dont wash clothes
and yep, ur ready to dance....dirty!!

I don't think that it's really all that choreographed but just what you feel when you hear the music. It's almost like having vertical sex.
