I mean they were men before, but they did the operation in their early childhood, so it is difficult to discover, live like a complete real women, possibly much better looking then a real women

Tula Cossey, a model from the UK, was born male and had her sex change early in life- early 20's, I think.

There is a very good autobiography that is out of print that I have read.
