I'd need more information about their powers and abilities, also their backgrounds. Kids with dark backgrounds usually have names to fit. Knowing their ethnicity helps too.
In Manga style, you can sometimes give your characters stoic names or ones that run contrary to their nature. Here are a few generic suggestions along these lines.
Brassy girl: Raisa, Takiri, or Halla
Smallish or meek boy: Kaz, Kojiri, or Drake
Typical leader type boy: Enzo, Kriss, Primo
Dark, brooding or shy type: Bless, Torren, Charon

Vance Christianson has to be my all time favorite made up name!
Other than that, think of friends names, relatives names, then use their middle names. Put random letters together and make up a name. Last names are harder to think up than first names in my opinion.

Blaze, Stinger and Crash but it all depends on what the characters powers are but I think these are pretty cool names.
