the answer is simple, but doing it is hard.

very simply, eat less, expend more energy.

less salt, sugar, oils, fats, caffeine, carbs esp.

more fruit, veg, water, exercise.

do it with great determination and persistance and you'll see the results in about 10 days.

good luck!

Honestly, exercise is free. So do crunches, pushups, go running, swimming [it is the summer]. Plus eat more veggies and meat and less carbs and fats. If you have a local farmer's market it tends to be cheaper and you can haggle with the vendors [not really an option at a supermarket].

it costs nothing. you can even save money because food costs money. Just eat half of what you are currently eating. If you have time to exercise you can do that (walks around the neighborhood are free). Just actually cut your portions in half-OF EVERYTHING. You should lose the weight. If you want to lose it faster, cut your portions to 1/3 of what you are currently eating.

eat less and run.

and whoever said nutrisystem is not that expensive is talking about something they are not familiar with. It's VERY expensive and you're better off just eating lots of fruits and veggies.
