You can make it if money is not a problem with you and you can extend your (working) day by a few hours.

Get up early and catch the first 'direct' flight to Delhi about 6 in the morning - precisely 2 1/2 hours flying. From Delhi airport itself, take a cab to and fro for Taj Mahal in Agra, about 200 kilometers one way. Say your reach Delhi by 9:30 am, cab will take about 3 to 3 1/2 hours to Taj Mahal, time is 1:00 pm. Spend good 3 hours there. It is 4:00 pm. Travel Back to Delhi, even rush time may take 4 to 4 1/2 hours back to Delhi Airport. It is 8:30 pm. You can have late evening flight back to Bangalore. Or stay overnight in Delhi close to domestic airport and catch early morning 6:00 am Direct flight to Bangalore reaching there by office time 9:00 am.

It could be hectic but you can make it if so keen to visit Taj Mahal - a marvelous symbol of love!

Ready for it?!
Bravo!

Taj Mahal is at Agra - 3 Hours from Delhi.
Since u r in Bangalore, U can catch a Domestic flight to Delhi (Approx Travel Duration is 3 hrs). Early morning flights are available.

Reach Delhi, by morning, U can vist Taj Mahal, and also some other interesting places nearby, and see if U can take the return flight back to ur place from Delhi - So that U get some extra time.

But, whether Delhi/Bangalore Trafffic is the pits....So plan well for that.

It's being a bit over-ambitious - Bangalore and Agra (Taj Mahal city) are opposite ends of India. You can't manage it unless you extend your stay!
