Sure so long as the motor mounts match up & trany match drive shaft & don't for get to reset the computer ,if it has one??

I am asumeing the old engine is also a 350, so the engine is the same so you should have no trouble. Just use all the electronics that came with the receiveing truck as well as the fuel delivery systom.

yes you can,,it will fit Right in,,there will basically be no changes that you have to do,,maybe change a sensor or two,,that the older engine didn't have but yes,,with a GM product there is basically no changing what so ever to do,I'm putting one in Right now from a 99 model back to a 91 model,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.

yeah, you can,, the question is are you capeable. It will take some mods to get it in there but it will make u happy in the end~!
