the movie crash os about several people that know each other and have met under certain circumstances...in the beginning a pair of african american males carjack a couple and the very racial towards those of non caucasian descent as is shown when spanish movers are setting up an alarm in her house.
the police man that handled the case of the car jacking has a partner that pulls over an african american couple and searches the women rather "frisky" and the husband does not enjoy it but at the same time cannot do anything about it because the man is the "man" so he goes on a high speed chase latter on in the movie and the partner of the man who frisked his wife tells the other police to back off because he knows why the man is so distrought.......hope this answer's your question

I loved the movie. I thought it was a beautifully woven story of how racism and hatred spreads throughout lives ... I would suggest anyone rent it and watch it, but be prepared that it is NOT a feel good movie.

It's just a story of how the lives of a bunch of different people relate. It is an amazing movie and I totally recommend it. It is pretty intense, though.

Great movie! Makes you really think about what the world is coming to. Discrimination is a big issue in this movie. Just rent it. Trust me, you won't be sorry! =)

The James Spader movie Crash is about people addicted to sex and car accidents. It is good.
The Sandra Bullock movie Crash is about social and racial tensions. It is fair but newer.

I 'd like to say sorry first since I haven't watched it yet and tried to answer your question. One of fds of mine said he cried after watching. I would think the movie is so touching, closed to our reality of how we deal with racism. I do think it is worth watching it.
