from your browser. go to "tools" then "internet options" now type the address you want to be your home page and apply changes.

If you have Internet explorer, all you have to do is go to Tools then, internet options, Click on the General tab and under home page section either choose current if you are currently on the page you want to choose as your home page or just type inthe URL of the page you want.After you are finish just click apply then ok. That you set it up as your home page.

While you have Internet Ex. open...
Tools>Internet Options> change the URL in the home page area.

First go to the page you want to use as your home page. Then under tools on the tool bar - click on internet options - In the top box - click on USE CURRENT.

it will ask you if you want that page for a homepage you check yes it is usually that easy
