This is a CD-R with a slideshow of pictures. Is there anyway for me to get the pictures out of the file so I may print them?

When the picture comes up I tried to right click but the only options are:
Show Video
Video Size
Full Screen Alt+Enter

When I go to Start > My computer > double click on the drive where your CD is the only file is a Windows Media Audio/Video file. There is NOT a bunch of pictures.

Dear
If you want to Extract Any Movie Slice
Use VCD CUTTER
But If you want to Extract Some Picture
Lets Be Tricky. I Guess WINDOWS !!!
Pause Your Movie What Ever the Action you want to Extract
Press ALT +ENTER to Enlarge it to Full Screen Mode
Press ALT+Print Screen
Use Your Favirote Image Soft Let It be MSPAINt

Press WINDOW Key +R
Type mspaint
Click Edit and Paste

Technically, you can do this without a program, but it is very complicated, because of the way most computers use hardware accelleration to make screen captures.

You'd probably find a program that takes screen captures from media streams a better bet. One that works exceptionally well is FrameShots:
