I don't think so, however occasionally animals may be born with two heads (this happens in snakes for example) and technically that counts as 4 eyes

Moses did not take any animals on the Ark--that was Noah,,Two if each unclean species that had not been cross bread. Non of the dinosaurs, The healthiest and the most durable, and by 7 of the most healthiest animal that were for eating--the clean meats and also for sacrifice. If you know the measurements of the Ark, they tell you this in your bible, you can figure this out with the ark quite full and it had 3 levels....It was for 150 days, for the land to dry out,so they could get off the Ark This was not too long. Noah had complete instructions how all this would fall together and how much food to take for every one....and it did. The story in the Bible does not tell how many animals there were but there were plenty

Insects do not exactly have "3 eyes". There is simple or compound eyes. Few have compound eyes..meaning more than 2 LENS in their eyes. Therefore, the light comes in through different sides.
