Why not...? Designers make all sorts of sizes, because they want to sell their clothing. Size 6 ( if you are talking adult size) is extremely normal, and even if you are talking about 6 in childrens, I know that designers often do a children's line as well.

Most real designer clothes go from size 6 to 14 ish, im size 6/8 and have no problem at all, I mean even highstreet stores do size 6 and some designer do 4 if your really small.

u dont have 2 be a child 2 be size 6, im 16 an im size 6.
you acn get loads of size 6 clothes, next, fcuk, bay trading and loads more. try ebay there's loads of clothes on there that are size 6.

Considering those skinny models they have at haute couture shows I though that ALL designer clothes were size 6

Id imagine so, designers make them for human clothes horses dont they? You poor sod, no curves - Bones are so not a good look for the summertime and bikinis (hope youre listening Mischa Barton, Nicole Richie, etc etc!)
