I have replaced the spark plugs, the fuel filter, and treated the gas with STP. When I turn the air conditioner off, it doesn't act as bad but will still hesitate some. I am wondering if the fuel pump is going bad. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I was going to say the fuel pump. Th AC puts more stress on the engine. Also look into flushing the fuel lines.

First replace your spark plug wires if they've never been changed.
