Can you help my cousin?

My cousion is 5' 3" and weighs 175 pounds and She really wants to know can she look like those little preppy chicks as she say's. Any Ideas as to what she can wear or buy to look the way she wants. She likes the store deb and dots but she just can not seem to dress the way she wants. I tried to help her but it didn't work we ended up fighting in the middle of the mall. Oh just another fact she has large busts. Please any ideas? she wants to sexy cute keep that in mind, but not with her belly showing okay help help

For the top, I would not buy anything that draws attention to her large busts such as ruffles or embellishments. A V-neck is okay as long as it isn't too low. Buying a shirt that is fitted on the side (curves inward) is also recommended. For the pants, since your cousin is on the shorter side, I would buy pants with a bootleg cut.

Oh, and most importantly, do not buy clothes that are too small or tight-fitting. Buy larger clothes and get them tailored to your body if necessary. As for the color of the clothes, make sure there isn't too much of a contract such as a white top and black pants (very light and very dark).

And finally for the accessories, find a cute belt, bag, and shoes. These are essential to any outfit.

175 lbs sounds really overweight to me. If she wants to dress "preppy and cute" deb is not the right store to be shopping in. Have her try on styles meant to camouflage weight, empire waist lines, higher cut jeans and pants, shirts made of heavier fabrics so rolls of fat won't show as much. Dark wash jeans can make thighs look smaller, and jeans that don't come in at the knees will balance out large hips.

Most preppy clothing, if you are referring to the clothes made by ae, a&f, and holister, will not look good on an overweight body. They are made of thin fabrics that will only make her look fatter.

Take her running with you this summer, or work out and swim as much as you can. Wearing low cut tops may make her feel sexy without feeling overexposed, but make sure she doesn't go overbored and dress like a prostitute.
