Ooh.. I love this question! ^__^ Yah, deep inside, Elizabeth DOES have uncertain feelings for Jack as we've already seen in Pirates 2. This keeps us triggered for what's to come in Pirates 3. Is Elizabeth's marriage with William going to work? Or are they going to cancel it? ;)

I think she is torn between Will and Jack. She has a longing for Jack's bada$$character but likes Will for his good heart.
But since it's a Disney movie, Elizabeth has to go with Will because he's a "good hearted" character
We can all agree on that.

She has feelings for him but understands that it is the bad boy infatuation and can lead nowhere. Each time he does a good deed or lies she becomes conflicted about him. He knows that he can have if he changes yet chooses not to. Will Turner is aware of the attraction also. Jack did save her life in the first Pirates and she is drawn to the excitement of his world(not looking at the scurvy,bad hygiene,gallows,plank walking,hanging, and firing squads along the way.It is a classic struggle that takes place even today-choose the stable guy-boring versus unstable guy-excitement. Well, while that is a very fun/interesting theory (and, according to the frenzies elsewhere on the 'net, excellent fanfic fodder) I think that she truly loves Will. I think that her interest in Jack (and Jack's in Liz) is fleeting and, like the movie said, curiousity based. But they do care about one another because (once again, like the movie says) they are very similar people, deep down.

Elizabeth is infatuated with Jack because she has a fascination with pirates dating back to her childhood. But Will is her true love, and I think she will end up with him.
I wish my biggest dilemma involved choosing to love Johnny Depp or Orlando Bloom. Poor girl...

I think that she finds Jack rather intriguing, and has a bit of a crush on him, but Elisabeth is really in love with Will (and with a face like his, who wouldn't be?)
