Twelve seems really early. Maybe there is a reason why you started needing that kind of attention from a boy. Maybe you should send a question to a local couselor. If you are asking this question, obviously you are unsure if you should have been promiscious at such a age. In my opinion, twelve is not old enough to deal with the consequence of raising a child for the rest of your adult life. Are you ready to be a parent? Cause it can happen. That always answered my inner question, if I was ready or not.

Do you kids under the age of 14 even know what the meaning of sex is???? Its for married people to make babies, I swear where are your parents??? Your suppose to keep your innocense for as long as you can.11 and 12 is just uncalled for and they really should start making laws to stop this like having your butts sit in juvey for alittle while I think the legal age for sex should be 18 like smoking and voting.

Wait until:
a) you are at least sixteen and
b) you have met someone you love and respect, and who returns, and is worthy of, your love.

Twelve is far too young, and, indeed, illegal! I was still playing with plushies and Lego at that age!

When you are old enough and ready, please take precautions (condoms etc.) and do not let yourself be pushed into a situation you are uncomfortable with. And never, ever, give into peer pressure. Your friends are most likely bragging about things they've not done anyway.

You're still a child. Enjoy your teenage years, without the pressure of having to have sex. :)

im 14 bout 2 be 15 but i think a good age 2 start havin sex is when ur at lest 15 or 16 i think because younger than that your really just doin it cause you know other people that have already done it so you wanna try it and i dont think you really know what your doing.

definately not at age 12. That is ridiculus!! at leat 16 years old but that may not even be old enough for some. You will know when it is right and not just to say you did it.

you should wait until you are married. You are only 12 you should not be worrying about having sex. Worry about your education and having fun with friends. Do not screw up your life by having sex and risk getting pregnant.

There should be a law on when people can have sex just like there are laws when you can buy alcohol and buy cigarettes, our government needs to implement a law that no one can have sex till they are 21. This should put a cease to teen sex and pregnancy.
