Dress in light-colored clothing and always drink plenty of water or Gatorade. Other drinks just aren't as good.

In Co this last weekend it went over a 105, I bought this fan that I put cold water in and it created Myst. It's great for hanging out on the patio when it's hot.

drink very cold things. drinking things very cold actually lowers your body tempurature. swimming can't hurt either as the condensation that occurs when you get out of the pool will also always cool you down (given its not hotter than 98 degrees outside)!

I live in Phoenix, AZ. You either stay inside, get in a pool, or travel up into the mountains where it's cooler.
