I adore the ocean as well as the sea..I have the advantage to be born and to live on a sea and when I am away for a long time I really don't feel well..Great question!!

I love to watch the ocean - it is calming, like staring into a campfire - you can get lost in your own thoughts and the world is a bigger place.
I do not, however, like to go into the water anymore. I use to surf and swim and play in it. Now I have no patience for the sand getting 'everywhere' and the tar that clings to my feet.
I love the ocean, but moved far away from it, and am happy.

I love the ocean and wish I lived closer to a coast. Lake Ontario doesn't cut it. Any water is fun, though!

I do. but I like lakes better... they have shady areas and no salt.
