I don't know that there is a "best". I can tell you that I have been all over this chart.
I started out with medium size naturally. (32 B) I have 4 children. So for me, I went from a B to a C/D w/ the 1st, B to a DD w/ the 2nd. B to a D w/ the 3rd, and B to a DDD w/ the 4th. It was frustrating to be so much bigger, just to go right back to a B.
I'm a 5'6" 110lbs, and sadly... I had lost volume over time, So, when my youngest was 2, I got Breast Implants. (under the muscle) Now I'm a 32DD. I had a great Dr! I'm very happy with my Implants. I'll admit at first they are not very natural looking. But really, no procedure looks that great until it heals. It takes about 6 months to a year to heal completely.
It's definitely a personal choice. I did it for myself, I feel and look much better. I have had a lot of compliments and referred quite a few people to the Dr. that I used, and they all loved their results. I'm not the type to go around flashing my boobs. It's been nearly 2 years and my boobs don't look or feel any different than when I was pregnant.
To say that it's a "slap in the face of God or his plan" to have surgery, is a little silly and judgemental. If you believe in God, then you would agree that he is the only one that is to judge, right? So that being said... it seems that some people are offended when a women wants to make herself feel better. Especially if it has to do with breast implants. Yet we cheer each other on when we find the right makeup, new hairstyle, decide to try teeth whitening or color contacts, self tanning, and those are all cosmetic.
If an accident of any kind were to disfigure you in some way and you had the option to have a cosmetic procedure to try and fix it, would you so easily turn your nose up at it and say that it was God's will? For those of you that can honestly say that you would turn it down flat, more power to you. I would be willing to wager that most would opt for Cosmetic Surgery.
I will say that 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 is the number of inches around your torso, the letter is for the cup size. 38+ inches probably means that you could stand to eat a few salads, and increase your exercise program.

How about large natural ones? Just to add here that I was wearing the wrong sized bra for years, reckoned I was a B cup and kept moaning I had small ones, however on visiting the nice bra lady at marks and Spencer last year, I was measured and found I was a DD - Ive not grown (well, not much!) but the 'new' size has given me a lot more confidence.Its all in the mind!!!

Some guys like small boobs or don't even care as long as you have boobs. I think small but enhanced a little would be a great medium. I think the big fake boob fad is slowly going out.

Small and natural. Why risk the problems with implants? Also, from experience, large boobs naturally cause many problems anyhow. Why complicate it with surgery and fake ones!

Small natural boobs along with all your other natural bits and pieces will always be best...don't be cajooled into thinking otherwise anyway small boobed girls have the best nipples in the world....it's so sexy...keep'em small baby

well it does not matter i mean natural boobs are good even small
when your older its going to be embarrassing telling your kids that your getting a boob job the guys might think ya big boobs great but you can look hott and have lil boobs

Always natural. Even if a couple of 'fried eggs' love what you've got....very few guys that I know will complain that a woman's breasts are too small, but some are put off by obviously fake massive mammaries.
