That's impossible. Everyone has to encounter sadness and stress in order to be a better person. Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

I don't think there is a way to live your life without sadness and stress.When we live we take risks with our emotions.It is a part of life. Our experiences all vary but how respond to them is what makes us who we are.We experience grief and sadness when a loved one dies but at the same time we are thankful we had the opportunity to know and love someone.Each day is full of new opportunities, we just need the courage to face each new challenge. I could not imagine a life more bland than one devoid of emotion.Our trials in life make us appreciate our successes and joys. A life without tears would be as bad as a life without laughter.The secret to happiness is simply" to give of yourself more than you take."

To stay continually happy would not be normal.

To minimize stress and sadness, change how you view events. Two simple examples would be: if you have only $5.00 in your pocket instead of being sad that you don't have $10.00 be truly grateful that you have $5.00 instead of none at all and when you are sad realize that without the contrast of sadness we would never know happiness.

I wish such a secret existed, but unfortunatetly it doesn't. Life will always have it's low points that cause sadness and stress and anger and grief, but only you can choose to pick yourself up out of those times and try to see the good in life. It's always good to have God on your side and in your heart to help with that. Knowing that He is with you and loves you more than anything in this world always brightens my day up. And for me, it makes it easier to know that He will never give you anything you can't handle. So no matter how bad life gets, I know I can get through it and can overcome because God wouldn't have let it happen if I couldn't. There is good in every situation, it's just up to you to be willing to see it.

Sometimes feeling Pain is the only way you know you are alive....But What I do on a daily basis is when you wake up make sure you do not have to hurry, Get up alittle early to really wake up before you have to start your day...And even if you have to fake it go to work with a great attitude...Smile and tell every one at work Good Morning..Be a ray of sunshine every day as I do..Some people do not like morning people..But for me it makes my day happy and stress free and when I come home from work i feel like I have had a very full day and I am to tired to think about saddness...
Works for me and it might for you too.....:)

What is sweetness without bitterness?

What is happiness without sorrow?

What is the sense of accomplishment without stress?

The secret to happiness, is to understand yourself, your own limitation, your strength, know your own capability.

I once read, that bad experience are lesson to be learn, stress is thing you know you should do, but didn't do.

So use your strenght to overcome your limitation. And feel the sense of achivement that you have done it, that happiness is one that no one can take away from you.

we allow ourselves the sadness and the stress.....life is how you live it and what you allow in it....our emotions are sometimes uncontrollable....we are human and that is what we do....what ever it is that makes you sad or stressed pray about it and let it go don't let anything bring you down it's not worth it...your happiness is important to your health and the way you live your life. If the worry is not worth praying about then why worry about it in the first place. Peace and happiness to you!!:)

Good and positive outlook in life. Stay inlove with your loveones, with your work and everything and you won't feel tired or stressed. Live a clean life like eating well and learn to forgive and forget.

Count your blessings. There will always be difficult things to deal with, we cannot control that, but we can control our reactions to them. When i am dealing with hard times, I try to remember they will pass and to see what i can learn or add to my character from the trouble.
