well the yellow chromosome will have a couple of red beads at the end and the red chroomosome will have a couple of yellow beads at the end - that would happen in the most common type of crossingover - is that what you wanted??

The basic principle is that the primary red strand will contain some yellow beads and the primary yellow strand will contain some red beads.
The ratio of red to yellow depends on crossover frequency. If two alleles are a greater distance apart on the chromosome there is a higher chance that those alleles will cross-over. (Each bead is supposed to represent an allele)
